Terms and Conditions Agreement

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS: A non-refundable deposit of $700 per person is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit can be made by credit card at no extra charge. The final payment is due 60 days prior to your departure date. It is the traveler's (or agent's) responsibility to ensure that the final payment reaches us on time. Reservations made within 30 days of departure will require full and final payment immediately after booking. No reservation will be considered until the company receives the final deposit. Payments must be made via bank transfer or credit card. A 5% surcharge applies if paying by credit card. Any additional bank transfer fees are the traveler's responsibility. Please inquire about this before making your bank transaction.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: To cancel your reservation with Sacred Land Travels, please provide written notification via email. Due to high preparation costs and the impacts of late cancellations, our policy is as follows: Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations within 60 days of travel, no refund in provided. Additionally, no refunds are given for transfers, city tours, or any other service, including meals, accommodations or transportation, not taken by the traveler's decision. We advise considering travelers insurance to cover unforeseen cancellation circumstances. 
 
The itinerary is subject to changes to accommodate possible alterations in domestic flight schedules or other unexpected events. The content will remain the same, barring unforeseen complications, and many pleasant surprises will be included.
 
INSURANCE: Travel insurance is mandatory. Many companies offer insurance at a reasonable cost for trip costs, trip cancellation and interruption, and coverage for unforeseen circumstances, death, injury, or illness. It also includes coverage for missed flight connections due to weather, baggage delays, travel delays, medical expenses, and emergency assistance. We encourage you to research and compare different companies and purchase your mandatory insurance.
 
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: By registering for the tour, you agree to our terms, deposit conditions, and release Sacred Land Travels, its agents, and Tour facilitators from liability. The entire organizing team has worked diligently to make all arrangements for our trip together in Bali. However, Sacred Land Travels, its agents, and Tour facilitators will not be responsible for delays, theft, damage, injury, or any other irregularity that may occur during the course of the trip. We will not be responsible for any changes or delays in airline schedules or missed connections; injuries, losses, or damages to persons or property; additional expenses resulting from changes in exchange rates, tariffs, or itinerary; any transportation issues or problems with the vehicles used on the tour; additional expenses incurred due to illness, weather conditions, protests, war, terrorism, quarantine, or other causes; and losses due to cancellations not subject to our terms and conditions.

I understand that I must send Sacred Land Travels a photo showing that my passport is valid, expiring more than 6 months after the return date. I understand that I will send Sacred Land Travels my flight and travel itinerary to Bali as soon as I have completed my airfare booking. I will be responsible for ensuring that I have all the proper documentation in order well in advance of my departure.
